Our Congregation

We are a small, vigorous fellowship, founded in 1966, located in Pittsburgh's eastern suburbs.

Our Mission Statement

ESUUC is a beacon and a haven for ethical, open-minded individuals working together to

Nurture each other
Celebrate diversity
Explore spiritual and philosophical questions, and
Advance justice and freedom for all.

Like all of the 1000 Unitarian Universalists congregations in the US, we do not have a set of religious "truths" that you must believe. What we do have is a set of core principles, which include:

Tolerance of other people's beliefs.
Dignity for all people.
Growth through exposure to all the world's religious and philosophical works.

Sunday Services at 10:30 am
with refreshments afterward.
