A Humanist Celebration of Easter

It is possible to celebrate Easter without becoming a prisoner to the perspective of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, and without giving up a sense of mystery about the meaning of our lives.  This service will seek to celebrate Easter in a positive, humanist fashion rather than in reaction to the Biblical Easter story, but honoring the power of the Biblical metaphor to animate both ourselves as well as our Christian friends. Presented by John Ballance, who recently completed his UUA ministry studies.
