It is possible to celebrate Easter without becoming a prisoner to the perspective of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, and without giving up a sense of mystery about the meaning of our lives.  This service will seek to celebrate Easter in a positive, humanist fashion rather than in reaction to the Biblical Easter story, but honoring the power of the Biblical metaphor to animate both ourselves as well as our Christian friends.
